This place is a fucking joke. An hour and a half wait just to be called back PLUS another 30-40 minutes waiting in the room to be seen. I understand things come up and you can't always account for that but that's ridiculous and uncalled for. At the very least a "hey so and so is running longer than we expected so your wait is going to be longer."

Let me start off with, I don't normally give bad reviews... I realize they hurt companies. BUT in this case I make an exception based on the fact that a person giving quotes couldn't admit he did something wrong, and instead called accused me of faking an estimate to keep himself out of trouble. If I could give zero stars I would. I went here for over 2 years and had no issues. I came in last month looking for an estimate on an implant vs a bridge. They are more worried about selling their services than providing quality dental care. Kristen is very good at getting you approved for a "payment plan" with no mention that she opens up a credit card with a ridiculous interest rate before any services are even provided. I blame myself for not asking more questions because I trusted that they were only doing what was needed. Two times I was there and all they did was try to sell me ivisalign. They could do a lot better in listening to their patients. and not just over charging and leaving you to have to come back time and again, because they did not do a thorough job!! I was charged over $4,000.00 to have 4 teeth pulled and partials made. The partials never fit, and they left 2 extra teeth with cavities visible to the naked eye. I brought the partials back several times because they did not fit. I eventually went to another dentist who pulled all the teeth and made dentures. They charged me less for doing ... read more
