They were good the staff the Doc was good only because he did not go poking around my teeth with those tools I have bad experience with military dentist they hurt u I have bad teeth they tried to help with payment but it seemed to high if they can not approve credit on u you have to pay every thing up front I wounded if they had to do it there self if they could afford it
They are sweet as pie to you very informative ect... the hygienist was very nice don't get me wrong. Until it comes to how much they are going to charge you for the procedures to be done. I was wondering why they were so nice to me. They were attempting to sell me a toothbrush I can't afford and over 1500 to clean my teeth! Really!!?? And yes they were not going to tell me that was included in the total either. I had to ask them among other charges I really had no idea about. The office manager & hygienist were excellent. The doctor was so rude I refused to go back with my issues until a friend told me I could not complain if I did not let someone know about the issue. When I went back several months later he was worse than the first time. I had asked could I be sent to another location he was so bad. The hygienist broke my teeth at the gum line n my that my current dentist has 2 fix. They wanted 2 charge me over 10k 4 the job they say they would have 2 do then wanted me 2 by their rechargeable toothbrush of which i already own. Red flags should have went off for me went i saw there was only 2 ppl in the waiting room including my self.
All the staff and hygienists are great. HOWEVER the Dentist himself I find very arrogant. My husband had told him that his teeth still did not fit right and he snapped at him and said "Oh where did you go to dental school at?" Then my daughter was hit by a car and had her two back teeth broken, One they were able to fill and one they capped. they really should be a -10 because they have yet to fix the problem with the dentures that are: 1. fell out from the begining 2. too wide 3. didn't line up at all 4. We'll fix it nothing has happened yet... See More So I would never tell someone to go there ever
Amazing how they earned any 5*... Excellent UNTILL they take your money. Left hand has No idea what the right hand is doing. LACK of records &"I don't know" in this profession is disturbing Do your research first....Just beware before your another review. If all you need is an annual check up or cleaning...I'm sure they will work...
5 appointments and six weeks later, still no dentures. Complaints......not telling me they no longer had an onsite lab until AFTER they took my $2,000. Saying the wax try on was defective because the wax melted in transit from the off site lab they were using in another town.
