I went in with tooth pain from an abscessed tooth. I had been on antibiotics for 5 days to ensure the tooth could be pulled...dentist did not say one word to me the entire time I was there, everyone else was very nice. I was sent to billing, after nothing was done and given a $6700 estimate and would not speak about pulling my tooth until I paid $1500 for a deep cleaning! My wife has tried calling....three different numbers, and each one has a recording, stating a different opening time...7:00, 8:00, and 11:00 am, but the Facebook page shows Aspen being open since 8:00 am. If the business is open at 8:00am, then someone should be answering the phone, instead of a recording, which gives different opening times. This is very misleading, annoying, and unprofessional. Another recording states the business is closed.

I went there to get a tooth pulled very experience. Then I asked about getting my teeth cleaned the lady in front said it will cost me 1,600. Very experience. I will never go back. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Rude as hell!! The staff is horrible, the dentist has a TERRIBLE bedside manner, and the wait to get in is 2 weeks!! that's a LONG time to wait with tooth pain. They are not interested in attempting to save any of your teeth and push for dentures. WTH? I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE!

Don’t go run away after three months I still cant eat anything or Ware my teeth my mouth is a disaster and I payed A LOT of money and so did my insurance 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

The in office experience was fine. However, when I received the bill for my visit and my daughter's, it was wrong. They were charging me for what the insurance company wasn't paying. The part that was supposed to be written off. When in contract with a company, the doctor/dentist has agreed to accept a certain amount from that insurance company. I called and spoke to a very rude person who told me I was wrong and that the charge would stay. I had to call my insurance company and have them call the office to fix it. My daught... read more

I went in thinking I was going to get treatment for my tooth that has been painful only to be quoted a ridiculous price because a surgeon would have to be called in. The reason I went to Aspen Dental was because they stay open late and my dentist was closed and I couldnt take off of work. My dentist works in your teeth the day you come in instead of quoting prices.
