First time I have been to Aspen Dental. I mainly went to get me teeth cleaned. I had my x-rays done and had the dentist do her exam which went well. The hygienist then done her exam and told me I needed the extra cleaning done due to some bacteria getting under my gums. Which was not bad but didn't want them to get bad, which I understand. Everyone was really nice but when it came to price there was no way I could afford them even with financed help, it was gonna be over $10 thousand dollars.
husband had an extraction and cost almost twice what other dentists were, they left large piece of tooth deep in the gums, and now is infected. will never go there again and wont recommend to anyone! I went because someone said they were good, big mistake!
Told me incorrect pricing on my dental treatments and didn't tell me part of the charge was $135 for an electric toothbrush. I refused the treatment and called my insurance company. They proceeded to tell me he correct prices and called Aspen. My insurance company called me back and confirmed the correct pricing with me. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE! I needed a molar that broke cut out. I was told by the call center, not the office I was going to, that it would be a free consult. (cost me $60) and the extraction would be $104.00 When I got up to the front desk to sign papers it came to $1,400!!!! LIARS!
I went to be estimated for dentures. Then after I seen the dr and all the others they told me that's not what I needed and told me what they were wanting to do. I disagreed and asked not to save 6 lower teeth and pull all of them. It's my money and what happened to what the customer wants !! I will never go back nor will I recommend !! It was a terrible customer experience !! Even after I called the 800 customer concern line !! Waste of my time !!
My husband had all his teeth pulled and Dentures put in this is been going for a year-and-a-half now his permanent Dentures don't fit it's making his gums and his mouth hurt and the office people uncaring and after a year-and-a-half it should be healed they always stated got to give it time to heal thank god there was a different dentist in stated the Dentures do not fit need to be remade they do not keep records of schedule state you don't have appointments or the office is close no one notify you you already out of alot mo... read more
