Aspen Dental not only requires you to pay upfront but then submits an insurance claim and the refuses to refund your money. They are thieves. I have had to get a lawyer to deal with them

I got a text yesterday from a collection agency stating that I owed this place 44.30 for a cleaning back in 2020. They ran my insurance back when I used their services. They make a detailed plan for your benefit prior to service and you pay upfront. Out of the blue years later I get this notification? You had my number! It hasn’t changed. This is a really shady move on their part. Don’t use this company. They are dishonest.

Made a appointment a week in advance, got a call the day before that my appointment was cancelled and no explanation to why it was cancelled. the day before and it was a emergency appointment bc my tooth was chipped and I am in alot of pain. I am extremely upset that i didn't even get a a phone call or a explanation on to why it was cancelled. when I had the appointment a week in advanced!

My aunt is 77 and had to make 4 trips to get a tooth on her partial plate repaired. upon returning with it after the fourth trip, it immediately popped out due to a bracket missing. She was told to come in any time; however, today she was told she had to have an appointment for "treatment " to determine what was wrong. Really?!? Either the technician or dentist broke the bracket and neither noticed when she had it fitted.

Well I had an appointment with Aspen Dental scheduled for 5PM this past Tuesday and when I got there I had to call before they would let me in but the girl told me I was late. It was 4:45 and I was actually early but she proceeded to tell me that my appointment was at 4:30. Well I pulled up my calendar in my phone that never gets changed and indeed said 5.
