This has been such a nightmare for me. You can not trust this dental office. I had my teeth prepped for crowns March 2, now 3 months later my crowns still sitting in the office in Foley who refuses to open back up. CDC has allowed all dental offices to open. My wife has been dealing with them, after grinding down her teeth they installed temporary caps 9 weeks ago, this only are for 2 weeks 3 at most, they have fallen out and about the only thing she can eat at this point is soft foods. She has called all the way up trying to get something done to no avail. They will not even release the mold so she can get something done. So I will not recommend them to anyone.
4th time in for a filling that they did that has fallen out 2 times and this time the surrounding area broke. They now want me to pay them again before fixing their shoddy workmanship. 2 locations, same results. Unacceptable. They don’t answer phones and ignore/argue with patients.
Good question. My surgery was cancelled the same day it was scheduled. (?) The one and only surgeon they have had a "family emergency". Lucky for me no follow up surgery was ever scheduled. Save your money, go to Fairway Dental in Foley! 🙄😡
Called to make an appointment and the boy that answered looked my account up and asked me which number tooth I needed extracted. I told him I didn't know, once we figured out which one it was I was put on hold 4 times with no explanation. We went over insurance into and cost. Finally when I asked if I would get an appointment he demanded payment to which I said I have cash and can pay when I come in. My mother can’t even wear the dentures they made. She literally cries when she eats anything! She’s been living on applesauce and pudding and THEY DONT CARE! Don’t waste your money going to this over priced place with HORRIBLE customer service! Can’t believe they way she has been treated!
I had been going there every 6 months for 2+ years. Each time I was told that everything was fine, no problems. Then the last time I went I was told they had been seeing a steady downward trend in gum health and I needed to pay several hundred dollars (not covered by insurance) to correct the issues.
