OMG! Worse dental practice ever! My husband has had a painful broken tooth for 4 months and needed it pulled with crown put in. Two appointments were cancelled by the office the day before, saying there was no dentist available. Today, his third appointment, he was made to wait 3 hours - THEN told they had to cancel. The office manager should be fired. She took no responsibility, and the dentist hid in the back. He didn't have the kahunas to at least come out to explain or apologize. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!!

I came in for an exam and the employees were nice but I disliked that they don't have an area of private consultation I felt very uncomfortable that everyone over heard the work that I needed done And their prices are ridiculous I don't recommend anyone go there! �
Do NOT go here!!!! I took my son in for what he felt like was a toothache. After pre-paying for the dental work that this very unprofessional dentist said he needed and being scared to death as the dentist also said he had a cyst in his sinus cavity that needs to be taken care of immediately and biopsied, my son returned to have the work done. Terrible experience. Worst one we've ever had. My husband was there for 2 hours and left with more unanswered questions then he went in with. Keith the office manager and Tim the assistant manager are so rude and unprofessional. When I called and asked for the corporate number they both refused to give it to me. I did file a complaint and won't stop until something is done about this office.
my wife had issues with 1 tooth giving her pain and they said she had all sorts of problems like said her gums was bleeding due to gum disease they asked her if her teeth bleed when brushing she said sumtimes they one her to do all kinds of stuf and a root cannal that will cost over $3,400 said they would not pull it and kept pushing for the root cannal and we can afort it even the payment opion is a joke they turned down my wife then when i was added to help they turned both of us down yea they as friendly but wanted us to ... read more
Most unprofessional front office staff I have ever encountered. They do not welcome you into their facility, nor do they make their patients feel as if they are appreciated in any way. If my husband didn't have anything but rave reviews for his dentist and his wonderful aasistant Kathleen, I would have said something before now. The office manager is rude. Non friendly in any way. I do not advise this office for anyone if you can avoid it. They all need a professionalism course 101 for the front office.
