Called to see if I could get a temp crown glued back on while vacationing in area. They told me I needed x-rays, full exam to find what was going on why it came off plus it would be a day of two for an appointment. Not necessary. I needed the crown glued back on until I could see my regular dentist next week for my new crown. Found another dentist in area that helped me. I thought Aspen Dentist was for emergency situations.

My original experience was with Dr. Camille Phillips and she was wonderful! She exceeded my expectations. However, when I returned this time, she was no longer there. While my experience this time with the dental hygienist was very good, I cannot say the same for the dentist. I was having some sensitivity and needed a filling in an upper jaw tooth. I was injected with so much novacaine that the right side of my face looked like I had suffered a stroke. It sagged and the muscl... See More es would not respond at all. Normally... read more

Do not go here expecting any sort of emergency care. They obviously have a very different definition of "emergency" than most people. I went in for a tooth extraction - I was told when I made my appointment that my problem would be dealt with that day. Not true. I had to come back the next day. After waiting for half an hour, the dentist - not the surgeon - comes in and refuses to give me any sort of sedation. No, you can't have any nitrous oxide unless you're seeing the oral... I came here with such high hopes! The reviews were great, but I left disappointed and annoyed. I had an appointment Feb. 16th to have my *free* consultation about getting some wisdom teeth out. My appt. was for 8AM, but I arrived at 7:45 to fill out paperwork as instructed. When I got there, the door was locked. A few other patients and I were waiting outside until a few minutes after 8, when the receptionist finally opened the door. She left one set of new-patient paperwork ... My opinion don't go to this place.. I wouldn't even give one star but that's the only way I could voice my opinion...

A terrible experience. I am sorry I ever went there. I was not happy with the treatment and then they overcharged me. According to my insurance EOBs and Aspen's own policies, they owe me a refund of 344.50, but they only want to refund $152.00. Avoid them completely.
