This has been the worst experience with a dentist I have ever had. Don’t get me wrong the staff has been very nice but I have had several appointments rescheduled. They gave me a card for an 8am appt and when I got there they weren’t even open till 1pm that day! Another time I took off work for my impressions for my permanent uppers but when I arrived I was told the doctor wasn’t in so they had to reschedule! I went to BOTH the hixson and ft o locations. Horrible horrible experience
My review of Aspen in Ft. Oglethorpe has been on Google reviews for over a year. Hundreds of views and likes and agreements. I can not say more strongly than do not go here or take their advice to heart. They only exist to sell full dentures! Normal eating will never by restored. Very saddened by this but is from my dealings with them. Shop another provider. Will be paying for these useless things for many more years and they are useless. Called ahead about a broken off tooth at the gum that the rest needed to be pulled and was told to come in and they would help. After 1&1/2 hours and still no dentist to look at my tooth I finally left. Seems they were more interested in making money than addressing the immediate problem cause what they had done to the point before I left was x-rays of my whole mouth with an explanation that the Dentist would come in and help set up a treatment and payment plan. I had bad experience myself personally at this Fort Oglethorpe location. And then they convince my wife that she had periodontal disease and sold her expensive deep cleanings. I have spoke to several of my friends and everyone of them also has been told by Aspen Dental that they have periodontal disease. After getting second opinions, No sign of periodontal disease!! Money hungry!! Only worried about the sales, not the patient!! NEVER AGAIN!!
Absolutely poor service. Waited an hour with nothing from anyone. Asked receptionist for an update for them to say they are running behind.. obviously! Then they turn around and try to reschedule your appointment. Really? You completely did not consider the obstacles a parent overcomes to miss work and take child out of school and you think there is any belief you can provide dental services any better?
