I scheduled my husband an emergency appt for Saturday, due to cracking a tooth Friday night. They assured me that they would treat him , taking insurance info, and getting the pain stopped. Saturday morning, they wanted to examine the tooth and fix it sometime next week?? They also said that it would cost 1100.00 dollars out of pocket and bill insurance ( without even examining the tooth). my husband went in this morning with an infected tooth, swollen jaw & in pain.. Dr. Fields wanted to PULL AN INFECTED TOOTH WITHOUT GETTING INFECTION OUT FIRST. IMMEDIATE DEATH.. MY HUSBAND TOLD HIM NO, NOT TILL INFECTION IS GONE... DENTIST SAID, IT'LL JUST COME BACK, INFECTION, & MY HUSBAND SAID NO AGAIN... I wish I had read the reviews here and their BBB rating before I went today. I've never had problems with my teeth, yet all of a sudden today I am diagnosed with gum disease and and told I need "deep cleaning and scaling" and they my insurance plan is "useless." Red flags went up for me. I will be getting a second opinion. I've had 2 cavities my entire life, and today I was told I need 4 fillings. Something is definitely off.
i have spent a small fortune with these people and am always shocked at the billing charges for fillings, the same teeth several times now, and have had two terrible experiences in a row with some staff clinicians. I find them to be discourteous and dismissive of patient needs esp at the fort o office.The dalton branch has much better service and nicer staff. Bedside manner needs to taught to these people!!!
We will never go there again. First of all my husband had an abscessed tooth, it took 4 days before he was seen. We he went for his appointment, they checked his Blood Pressure with a wrist cuff and then did it manually and told him his Blood Pressure was 220/110 and he should see someone before they could do amymore. Well the manual cuff wasn't large enough for his arm and for dentist to tell him to "have it checke out"??? Sorry but that blood pressure was stroke level...I dont think I want them doing anything to my family!... read more
This place is a joke!!!! Don’t ever go to AD unless you want to be ripped off and be taken advantage of. They treat the employees like crap and let the owner/dentist do and treat them how ever they want to... Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with an employer. Even after I tried to let HR know of the horrible working conditions inside the office nothing was done!!!! They DO NOT CARE!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!
I will never go back there they let me leave the office without a prescription and I have a badly infected cavity and a tooth coming through my gums very painful so no I won't go back.
The staff was very friendly. I had called ahead for an appt. and was seen in a reasonable amount of time. i only wanted to get an estimate to compare pricing for two partials I need after some extractions at my regular dentist. When the hygenist came in she checked recision and said I had peridontal disease and said she had to do a deep cleaning. I have had this procedure before and the price I paid was $1000. less than quoted by Aspen. She told me I needed a cancer screening of the mouth which would be $30. I agreed. I am g... read more
