I will never go back there! Today's one time experince was my first and last!!! I have a abscess tooth and went to get meds for relief! I mean abscess needs antibotics to het rid of the infection! From the moment I got called to the back from the lobby the x-ray tech even before x-raying my mouth ask me was I intrested in dentures?? Really! Then one of the x-ray machines was not working! Then a hygienist comes in..NEVER even looked in my mouth! But said for 30.00 dollors U can do a oral cancer exam...I said No thank you..not... read more

Estimate for my wife's care was 3 times the cost quoted by everyone else. We were told that they would check her insurance before we arrived and call us if there was any problem but when we got there they had still not looked into our coverage. Total waste of our time.

I don't usually take anything for pain but I ask the dentist if I could get something for pain even if it's just a couple of pills and he wrote me a prescription for Motrin I don't think he can write prescriptions for pain medicine I'm not sure
My Husband had went in previously to get the X-Ray, Exam and consultation and check about full dentures Which all was FREE. Then ended up with horrible tooth ache so he went back on an emergency visit for extraction of 2 teeth before work. He was a walk in. That it just happen to be perfect timing, she didn't have any appointments scheduled till 10am that particular day. So was able to get both out. Waited two hours in the waiting room with is understandable I guess, a heads up would of been nice. Staff was friendly and helpful... you can tell they were trying their best to move people in and out. Only real issue is that the dental hygienist was extremely rude to me and my sister. Her comments, even if they were true, were hateful and without tact. Educate rather than condemn. I had two things I did not like, one was the hygienist, she told me I had to have a certain procedure & after she said that it was only an option. Paid &30 that I could have done without. Second, they started going over how much it would cost to have done what I wanted & ran through it so fast never telling me any other options that I could choose from. Very pushy!
