I use to hate the dentist but not now. The people are so nice. I hardly waited at all. The lady the worked on me was not rough and still got the job done. I wouldn't got to anyone else!!
Y'all should be ashamed of yourself y'all pulled someone tooth by mistake and try to make them pay for your mess up you should waive the whole bill and be grateful that you're not being sued
Had an appointment at 2pm. They pulled the wrong tooth by mistake. They came back about 4:30pm to pull the correct one. They charged me for the correct tooth that was pulled AND charged me half price for the tooth they pulled by mistake. Didnt get out of there until 5pm. A THREE HOUR VISIT and WAS CHARGED FOR THEIR MISTAKE!! I would not recommend this place to anyone, even in a dental emergency.
If you are a mother or anyone that has children avoid this place at all costs. Place is a joke. They don't have their act together they made me sit for an hour along with my children without telling me that they were gone to lunch and also that I needed to get childcare so that I could be seen. Instead of telling me that in the very beginning or on the phone. I had to get up and ask them when I was going to be seen before they decided to tell me any of that. They took the responsibility for it.
If anyone were looking for dental work, DO NOT go to Aspen Dental. We were told to come here 2 hours early, they even gave us an appointment card for 9AM rather than 11. We were one of the first in the office, and it is now half past 11, and we're still waiting. I am seven months pregnant and had to arrange babysitting for my daughter in order to get here on time, and now babysitting is going to run hours over thanks to them. The first time I went in they did a treatment plan but every single time I go back it is more money. Once I am finished with this implant I will NEVER go back there again!!!!
These people are theives! Charged $73 and the sign says free....
Had all my teeth pulled. No insurance. Was only able to get parcel financing. They worked with me to where I had no up front costs. Dr. even waited till next day to pull last 5 because meds were wairing off.
