This was the absolute worst experience at a dentist I've ever had. It was completely unprofessional, the nurse and dentist gave me completely contradictory advice on what procedures I should have done and then once we were finished I was pulled into the back room by the manager to arrange how I wanted to pay for my $1,000 worth of unnecessary procedures. I had dentures made and due to circumstances couldn't get in to get re-lined because the horrible excruciating lesions needed to heal before they could re-line. It took months and still is and now they say it has been too long now but they will fix for $650!!! That is supposed to be included in original cost. I will never ever recommend anybody to ever go there! My mouth is laid open and getting infected but the WON'T help!
If you don't mind spending thousands of dollars only to be told to take Ibuprofen while in pain this is the place for you. I had 3 teeth extracted and a week later I still have moderate to severe pain. The dentist didn't take xrays or anything, just told me the tissues look "normal" and to take Ibuprofen. When I informed him the 20 ibuprofen I had taken the day before hadn't helped a bit he had nothing else to say, only that having a tooth extracted is like losing a limb and ... Still in utter disbelief I was turned away and had such terrible customer service from the receptionist. I will not be rescheduling and I will make sure I make my bad experience known to others and submit a claim with the BBB. I've never been so insulted with service from a company in all my life I have never made a complaint about service until now. You have reached a very high level of dissatisfaction.
Aspen dental requires you to have x-ray done every 6 months, if you refuse x-ray they wont help. Thats what happened at my recent visit. You dont have choice. I had 2 X-ray at othere dentist in last 6 months, they would not accept them - good bye aspen not going to see me again
