Twice I have come to this location only to be told I don't have an appointment! I have been a customer for YEARS and it's sad to say I will no longer be a customer moving forward. Maybe you need better training on your computer systems because I am 100% sure I didn't make up fake appointments!!!!!
I did a free evaluation in December. I was told I needed extensive treatment that came to the grand price of $3.5K ($3.5K!?) This quote included a very small and insignificant discount because of my insurance. I was also informed that their office does NOT set up payment arrangements. This blows my mind because I have an HSA. You'd think I'd be able to make my payments with my HSA that I'm already paying into for medical/dental expenses. If I could give a negative star I would! This place is a joke. Had an appointment on 6/15 @ 1:45, got called back an HOUR later. This was after I asked why 5 people who had come in after me were called back. I was then taken for X-rays, then a gal came in and looked at my teeth, told me I needed periodontal work as well as having a Cavity. Then the Dr. Looked and said the same thing. Wow....was told my son was coming out of the anesthesia and was not able to remove the 4th wisdom tooth.... the oral surgeon cut the gum and now my son is so much pain it's unbearable.
I went in for a cleaning and that never happened. Instead they told me I needed tons of work done, I've since gotten a second opinion and was told most was of the work they recommended is not needed. They pushed teeth whitening left and right even though I stated many times I was not interested. They wanted to pull my wisdom teeth even though nothing is wrong with them and they are causing no issues at all. I went here and was told that I had two cavities and needed a root canal for one of the cavities. They took me in a room and scheduled several appointments which would have costed me over 3k. They billed me for tooth whitening even though they said I wouldn't see much difference bc my teeth are already very white. They even billed me for a $150.00 toothbrush. Amy was very rude and refused to help me after I had surgery and needed a follow up appointment. Very unprofessional conduct. This place is a joke. They would allow their patients to suffer in pain after they have been paid a very large amount of money. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!
