Aspen dental on Illinois road scammed me out of $300. I was told that they were going to able to do workers compensation for my injury and that in order to get my tooth fixed I had to pay up front to get my teeth cleaned. Only to find out that they actually don’t do workers compensation. So I am out $300 because the employees either don’t know how to do their job or they are just plain out scamming people.

They LIE!!! I got dentures and they lied to me about my insurance "paying to much" so i had a credit. So to use the "credit" I could add $300 and get the best set of dentures they offer. I paid my portion and got the best set last July. Now I got a bill from them saying that I owe $538 for the dentures and that my insurance would not cover them after they told me I had a credit! Aspen is a scam. Go somewhere else.

I went as a second opinion regarding a tooth that needs to be pulled that has been causing me a great deal of pain. I felt like all they cared about was trying to get me to have numerous procedures and work done. I felt that there was a lack of care for my main problem and there didn't seem to be any compassion. Afterwards, I was handed a sheet of paper breaking down the costs for everything they wanted to do. I explained I was uninsured and couldn't afford any of their services. She did seem disappointed that she couldn't g... read more

Hope others read the reviews BEFORE going ?NOT GOING !! Run by a bunch of dental students. The worst hygienist x-ray exam I've had. mouth torn up bite wings. "dentist" coached by older office hygienist on what to ask me and what I would need done. Three others non decript assistants standing behind me looking on. No explanation why they needed to watch. The gloves worn by the hygienist, and the ones worn by the dentist, were obvious to protect them from me. As they touched equipment, door frames, chairs head rest and then pr... read more

Have been here several times. Each time my appointment was rescheduled to another day by the staff there. Some dentists tell me I have a mouth full of cavities, while others tell me I have none. Each dentist has been foreign and rude. Can't wait until I have new insurance

I went in for a broken tooth. After a check on my x-rays and some "measurements" I was told the broken tooth was a priority, but that I needed periodontal treatment (to the tune of a couple thousand dollars that my insurance wouldn't cover) and about half a dozen fillings. Further, they could go ahead and take care of the broken tooth, but the fillings would have to wait until after the periodontal treatment. My experience just went downhill from there. The broken tooth turned into a very painful extraction where the oral su... read more
