WORST Dental care ever. We took my daughter for implants and still working to get them due to the lack of from staff and Slapnika. My daughter had to have BOTH removed as infection set up and he used wrong sized implants. we still don't have implants a year and a half later due to healing and reimplants, of which we went to a very good surgery this time around and paid out of pocket. stay away from this place and Slapnika, you have been warned. I am retired without dental insurance. On their website they have very reasonable pricing. Don't fall for it. It is a ploy to get you to come in. I had a filling fall out. I just wanted it replaced and my theeth cleaned. The price on the website was 113.00 for the filling and 69.00 for the basic cleaning. They also gave me a free consultation. Wow such a bargain! BEWARE OF THEIR INSURANCE ESTIMATES. It is my belief that the Colesium Office staff either does not put much effort into determining what your insurance will actually cover or they don't confirm at all in an effort to get your business. Very bad experience. we came to Aspen Dental because it was In-Network for our Insurance for Oral surgery for my son prior to getting braces put on. We were referred by the Orthodontist from another practice. Aspen Fort Wayne took x-rays again of my son's teeth (which Ortho already did). We had to talk to a general dentist so the dentist could record what the 'problem is' and reportr to the oral surgeon. I have been waiting for a refund from aspen dental for over three months. Unfortunately I was told that the refund Has to be credited back to the credit card I used. Well when I first paid for the services I used a Wells Fargo card which we all know no longer exists and was changed to Flagstar. They told me that once Wells Fargo rejects the payment for a no longer existing account they would send a check. I have been given the run around saying Wells Fargo accepted the refund. I scheduled an extraction and waited 5 days for an appointment.... only to have a bunch of xrays taken and they tried to sell me a whole plan of things . I just want a tooth pulled and they was trying to milk me and my insurance for a ton of crap...... wtf.... very disappointed and mad as hell
