I was scheduled last week as an emergency due to a bad toothache. I went as instructed and sat for 2 hours as all I’d had done was x-rays. After advising the staff I’d be leaving and asking for a print out of whatvmy insurance would be billed for, Jennifer stormed out of her office and tried to tell me otherwise and didn’t give me what I asked for. I will give 2 stars because I got in quick and the staff was very friendly. However, I went in for a sensitive tooth and they said I had gum disease, needed a $135.00 toothbrush, needed deep cleaned, needed my old root canal replaced and maybe a couple of new ones. They gave me an estimate of $2000.00 for a deep clean and that didn't include any of the root canals!! That would be several thousand more! My daughter is in so much pain. 7,800 for this crap. You don't give a flying F&$# . Ibuprofen and Tylenol are you kidding me.

I would not take my dog there!!!! They did nothing! But put me down because I was poor and disabled!!!! There were racist!!! Perverted!! Talking very vulgar to a man next room from me ! Very unprofessional!!! Dr was rude!!! Not helpful at all!!! $20 for a antibiotic! Wouldn't numb me and refused to pull my tooth because I couldn't pay $257 today in cash!!!!! And this is just being nice! I wish I could have recorded how they treated me!

THEY ARE GREAT MY DENTAL CARD SHOWED EXPIRED THANKS TO OUR HR PERSON BUT THE LADY PUT MY SS NUMBER DATA BASE FOR DENTAL INSURANCE AND FOUND MY INSURANCE THEN NURSE DID THE XRAY AND BECAUSE I WAS IN PAIN INSTEAD JUST EXRAING THAT ONE TOOTH SHE USED EXRAY MACHINE THAT ROTATES AROUND MY HEAD AND DOES NOT TOUCH YOU THEN THE DOCTOR CAME IN TO SEE ME AND OF COURSE I HABD TO HAVE ANTIBI MEDS SHE REASURED ME THAT I WOULD START FEELING RELIEF IN 2 TO 3 DAYS AND YES I AM FEELING BETTER STILL HURTS SOME BUT AT LEAST I DONT FEEL HEART B... read more

I went in with an infection in a tooth that needed a root canal. They took an x-ray, had me sit down in the exam room, said "yep, its infected" and wrote me a prescription. The dentist not hygienist ever even looked in my mouth. They then referred me to a specialist for a root canal, and the specialist didn't return any calls I made. I wound up having to have an emergency root canal yesterday at another dentist who worked me in, due to the infection worsening. Will not be back to Aspen.

I was checking around for cleanings and was told by them that I could not refuse an xray while pregnant. Many offices do not even do xrays on pregnant women. That's enough turn off for me and ridiculous that you can't refuse a service that's going on with your own body. No thank you!

So my husband went in yesterday and was told he had gum disease... we went to another dentist today and he DOES NOT. Have gum disease and the office we went to for a second opinion stated that they've had multiple complaints from Aspen Dental diagnosing patients with gum disease who don't actually have it...
