Getting my broken tooth wasn't the bad part. The bad part was after when the numbing went away and the dentist I seen DID NOT give me anything strong enough for the pain. My face is now the size of a beach ball and I'm in tears. Also I live an hour away and they knew that so I can't just go pick up a prescription from the office. They should have made sure to send me out the door with something that was going to help me with the pain I haven't got a tooth pulled since I was a kid I had no idea what I got myself into not give... read more
went there to get broken front tooth put back on parchial and get an evaluation..........I have to have all top teeth pulled and 1 on bottom back and they can add a tooth on lower and full dentures in toop........................do notr have a price yet but have dental ins. and BCBS so it shouldn't cost me that much! I figure 1000 or less and no deep cleaning....just reg cleaning. They haven't given price yet..........going to call me. VERY disappointing if I could give them zero stars I would.Sat in the waiting room for an hour past appointment time before being called back. Then sat in the room waiting again for another at least 20 minutes Scheduled a check up & cleaning & they didn't do the cleaning, instead got a high pressure sales pitch trying to sell me a deep cleaning. Wanted $1900.00 for each myself & my wife. Needless to say we won't be going back & will not recommend Aspen to anyone.
This place is awful. Went years ago they wanted us to pay $1,000 out of pocket for work that did not need done. Everyone that goes has gum disease that needs expensive treatment. Guess what went to another dentist don't have gum disease. The work they wanted to do for $1,000 got done for $100..... Do NOT use Aspen Dental. They are a rip off.
I have always been scared of the dentist but when I started in April at aspen to get my neglected teeth back healthy they turned me being scared completely around! I now enjoy hearing those sounds and sitting in those chairs. The complete staff is wondering as well!
Went to get a filling replaced in august. Now it fell out. Without eating anything hard or chewy. Shitty job
I'm not happy with Aspen Dental. I'm currently going Thursday the steps to get my money back. All 4500. dollars. I have filed a report with the BBC. and that was the first I knew of other complaints. I should have did my reaserch. Educate your self, when you no better yo do better. I wish I had crossd my eyes and dotted my T.
