After reading all the bad reviews not sure about this location
This place is a first class RIP OFF!!! Had a toothache searched for dentist with an available appointment as soon as possible. I live in Nashville but the Gallatin location was the first office that could get me in that day! They first started with X-rays when the dentist first came in she advised me that I needed to get three teeth pulled. But first I needed a round of antibiotics. She left and came back with a plan recommendation telling me I need all my teeth pulled and needed to get dentures! I said no ma’am. Pr... read more
My husband called to get an appointment on Saturday morning. He explained to them it was urgent and had tooth pain. The lady on the phone told him to come in and they would take care of it. We drove almost an hour to Gallatin to get his pain taken care of. The only thing they did was take X-rays and wanted to schedule a appointment 2weeks out to pull the affected teeth. Complete waste of time! Still in pain! Thanks!
I went here a while back and had a root canal done. Got my crown on and the whole tooth broke off even with the gum line within 2 weeks. Called the office and never got a call back from Jennifer. I called 5 different times and nothing. Not to mention I got an infection in the roof of my mouth right behind the tooth they did the root canal on. They expected me to pay my portion of my bill without fixing my tooth and I wouldn’t until it got fixed and now they have turned it in to a collection account. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE A... read more
Aspen Dental could improve by firing their entire staff and starting fresh with a new name and new dentists. And also by not taking people's money when they know they will not be able to serve their needs in any way.

Owe me over 10,000.00 in dental repairs. Won't call me back. Sent a copy of my files & records still no response. Sad.
Liars and thieves the lot of them! So unless you want to pay way more than you should (I'm talking hundreds here) and you like to be lied to I wouldn't go to Aspen Dental in Gallatin. I caught them in two lies that I know of for sure and there were probably more. The dentures they make look HORRIBLE I finally got my money back after jumping through 50 hoops. Their office manager is the worst! I wouldn't take a dog to there.
Operator flat out lied, dental hygienist wasnt very skilled. Nothing but a processing plant for dental work
