As a new patient at aspen dental. I didn't know what to expect. I've had good dentist before. But they took the time to listen to what I thought was wrong, then went above and beyond to find the problems I didn't know about. The people there was so great, I even forgot all of my anxieties I had about being there in the first place. it felt like family/visiting good.friends. although I have to have all of my teeth removed, I am looking forward to my next visit. Amazing staff!!!! Everyone made me feel so comfortable and it was like I wasn't at the dentist at all!!!!
First of all, it was the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. It wasn’t very clean. The associates were not professional, nor were they dressed professionally. When they did my x-rays, the instruments they put in my mouth and told me to bite down on it was so painful. It tore and cut the roof of my mouth. I had sores in it for two days afterwards I had four different people come in and check me, I didn’t know who was who? RIP OFF PRACTICE!!!! DO NOT USE!!! My daughter called to get an emergency appointment due to extreme pain from two teeth that cracked. At first they were very friendly and very helpful UNTIL we get seen. After the X-rays and oral exam the doctor informed my daughter she needs multiple layers of dental work done (she has little to no enamel on her teeth due to health issues). He tells us to speak to his office manager upfront about costs and payment options then LEAVES without addressing her pain. We go to the front to ... read more

Made a Saturday Appointment because I had a painful broken tooth.. I got there and of course there are the expected x-rays, full mouth, bite etc.. Now get to the back the girl explains they can do a Cancer screen, but insurance doesn't cover it and it will cost 30 dollars. umm no thanks. 😳.. Now Hygienist comes in and inspects gums and yeah we need to do root planing because you have bacteria under your gums destroying the bone . ok yep 👍 but I'm here because of a broken tooth, just want to see if we can fix it or pull it... read more
