All they care about is taking peoples $$ not worth it. They were rude, disrespectful, and lied to me many times. They should be put out if business permanently. Will never recommend these people to anyone.
I'll attempt to make a long story short. I used to get text, email AND calls to confirm. I would pick one method to confirm through but when I showed up, they said my appointment was cancelled because I never confirmed. I politely asked them if they could pick one form of communication with me so that I wouldn't have to confirm three seperate times in three different ways. Please for the love of God, don’t go to the Hagerstown Aspen Dental. I can not speak for the other branches, but we had to take out a loan to pay for my dental implants in full before they would even do extraction surgery. We have paid them approximately ten thousand dollars and I still do not have my implants nor can I even get the manager Kiersten Coulter to return my calls to schedule to come back and have my implants uncovered. Absolute worst customer service and office staff. You ask for a call back and get the run around and get one excuse after the next. It’s been going on for months. Do not go here if you want quality service.

I will never recommend this place.. just want to take peoples money.. came back for my 6month appointment to have to repeat what I did 6 months ago unacceptable. Not worth my time or money with these people anymore.
I went to Aspen for a free consult including x-rays. I was discouraged from. getting the dental work done that I wanted. I was given two different reasons why I should go with their plan. I did not feel comfortable after that. stated that I did not want the option they offered. I did not have any dental work done. A few weeks later, I received a bill from Aspen for approx. $144.00. You Aspen Dental in Hagerstown are a rip off I went in to just get Dentures my upper plate. I told her that and she said that you all needed to run a gum disease test which makes no sense seeing how all you have to do is look at my gums to see that and then she kept saying I need a bone density test but I knew I didn't because I wasn't getting implants and that was just 2 of the test she tried to say I needed. she told me that all of that was going to cost me about 3 grand all together with dentures it would have been over 5... read more

Very dissatisfied customer. The dentist removed my broken crown and placed my implant all at one appointment. My gums continued to be infected so I called the office multiple times for antibiotics because I was concerned about my artificial heart valve… I finally had an appt with the oral surgeon who said that the implant needed to be removed so that it could fully heal and also that the screw that was placed wasn’t long enough and that the whole process would need to be redone.
