It was a bad experience the front desk employee was so rude has an attitude, the way her body language tone of voice was not a professional. Asking my son social security is not acceptable I told her that I never been told that I have to provide my son social security number. She gave me a look a tone of voice and her body language unbelievable service, two patients left before me she talk to them and say bye but she never thank me and appreciate my visit . Never coming back .

This practice confuses personal advocacy with aggression. I made a complaint and am now seen as “aggressive”! I had a legitimate complaint...they don’t like that! I had great dental work. Sad their manager retaliates to defer paying patients. Customer service to resolve this issue has been a huge challenge- and it took 10 days to receive a call back. Stay away from Aspen Dental. Do NOT get work done on your teeth without getting a second opinion from another dentist. They will tell customers they need such and such done with their teeth and charge thousands of dollars. It’s a scam. Stay away!!
Don't ever go to the aspen dental offices in Lane County Oregon. The doctor there is overtreating and over charging her patients. It is all about the revenue not what is best for the patients. Aspen is a corporation and it's mission is to get as much money out of you as possible. They are billing insurance companies for these falsified services and commuting insurance companies. There are plenty of quality dentists that are local that will treat you with respect. Run as fast as you can from this place.
I would not recommend this dental practice. To begin, I arrived 15 minutes early for my first appointment as instructed, and no one was there. I was finally called to the back almost 45 minutes after my arrival, fuming mad, and the first stop was for a full set of x-rays, before anyone had even looked in my mouth. An hour after my scheduled appointment, I finally met the dentist, who asked me if I was a "flosser" and then poked around in my mouth for about 20 minutes, calling out numbers.
