This is the most poorly run, least professional office I have ever been in. A 2 hour wait for a consult that didn't involve any real work being done. Never coming back.
Today is my 53rd Birthday! Thanks to C.W. Edmondson I have nothing to smile about! This man destroyed all 8 of my front teeth. Top and bottom trying to do top crowns that he was and is obviously incompetent to do. After a peer review from the Maryland State Dental Association that I was not happy with, I filed a complaint with the Maryland State Examiners Board. MADE APPOINTMENT..OUTSIDE BUILDING SAYS ''1ST X-RAY FREE... PREVIOUSLY I ASKED, IF X-RAY FROM OTHER DOCTOR SHOULD BE BROUGHT....NO ..WAS THE ANSWER.................2 X-RAYS TAKEN THAT DAY...I WAS IN THE ROOM, SPOKE WITH TECH AND DOCTOR....HE PUT ON GLOVES AND MASK...NEVER PLACED HIS HANDS IN HER MOUTH, LOOKED AT X-RAY....WE SPOKE OF THE PRESIDENT.....THEN HE SAID HIS ENDODNTIST COULD NOT PERFORM WHAT IS NEEDED ! People were nice that's about all I can say. All I wanted was a simple cleaning paid for by insurance well ended up I needed something different quote me well over $800 bucks just for a cleaning, REALLY!!!! Said they could not do just a cleaning because of malpractice insurance, what a bunch of bullshit!!!!!! All the years I've gone to a dentist and I get this B.S. Best thing you can do is run the other way total waste of time to go to this place.
Never again. CW. Edmundson can't hold down a practice. He has been all over Western MD. Now's it Hagerstown's turn.
