The office staff is luke warm at best in their customer service. They've canceled last minute more than once on me and the office can't seem to join the 21st century send text or email notifications, about cancellations or reminders just expect you to be available by phone during the workday.

One of the worse experiences ever. Made an appointment as a new patient several Months ago for six month cleaning. First appointment scheduled for Monday, May 3rd at 345pm. I waited for almost one hour. The place was dusty. I was very hesitant. Exams were taken. My mouth was checked. Dentist compliments me on my teeth and sent me to front to schedule my cleaning. I've had several teeth worked on here and I have no complaints on the price or how amazing the work is. However, I've had 2 appointments now, one at the beginning of the year (before COVID 19) and one today. Both times I showed up 20 minutes early and both times the door was locked. I tried calling and no one answered and tried knocking and no one answered. I honestly loved the dentist and the staff - however they make the price of their dentistry cheaper if you dont use your insurance - I dont get that but it is what it is. I had work done there, paid cash then submitted my claim to my insurance company- I mean...that's the reason I pay for insurance. made a huge mistake during my treatment and are refusing information i need to get it fixed!
I was scheduled a month ago for my first exam. They called the day before to reschedule. That's fine. I received an email a couple weeks ago saying it was my final chance to confirm or I'd lose the appointment. There was never a 'first' email To confirm. Fine, again. The staff was nice, but they tried to charge me for $20k worth of work that I didn’t need. They gave me pages of expensive work that would’ve ruined my mouth if I had not gotten a second opinion. Ten root canals? I needed ten fillings. Sure, if you’re made of money and enjoy being lied to about procedures that you don’t need, I recommend going here. If you like doing business with medical professionals that care about you, go literally anywhere else.
The dentist and dental staff were very nice and thorough however the front staff aren’t very pleasant. The proposed work had an extremely high cost and dealing with the office manager was a nightmare!
