I’ve calmed down. Now here’s my story. I went in for a consultation for dentures. I’m ready for the process. I have insurance and cash to cover all costs. Friday October 16, 2020, I had an 8:45 appointment. Took everyone that came in after me. I didn’t get seen until 10:45. Fast forward I have an infection, they confirmed this, doctor didn’t give me a prescription for antibiotics even after I asked. Sat me back in the front (social distancing) to wait for the tec to, I assume show me different style dentures...never happen... read more

I live over an hour away but I work here in Hinesville and I had a tooth break. I called and got an appointment for the next day at 7:45. The staff was welcoming when I got in and took me straight to xrays. The "Dentist" came in and asked why I was there, I explained I just needed my tooth fixed or pulled. A "coordinator" then came in and took me to another room to speak with me. She then gives me a bill for over $4,000 with insurance I would only pay $1,000 on additional work that I needed done. I do not usually leave reviews, but I had one of the worst dentist office experiences at Aspen. I arrived to my appointment, and was greeted by the welcoming staff in the front. However, after my x-rays for my procedure, I found myself being being pressured to get financed for additional work - I did not desire at the time. I repeatedly reminded the staff of what my appointment was for, and what I needed done. But they continued to pressure me into applying for credit for an additional procedure. went to aspen dental hinesville to have a tooth replaced on my bridge but found aspen was a bait and switch .after filling out a bunch of papers. I finally was taken in back and was told I would get a ex ray I told the lady I just wanted the bridge fixed that got me sent back to the waiting room .in a little while she came back with a white box and asked me to put the plastic bag with the denture and tooth in the box in few minuets they sent for me to come in back ,and told me it could not be repaired . as I was leaving I no... read more

I wish i could give this place 0 stars honestly. for 1 i went in January for an appointment and they did xrays and told me that i could get a root canal or i could get my tooth pulled. They were trying hard to convince me to get a root canal ( Because they are very money hungry ) . I chose to have my tooth pulled and its like everything from there changed. Very rude workers that need to learn how to respect patients. I had a dentist appointment scheduled for 2 weeks now and confirmed them through text and I go for my appointment and they said I never confirmed my appointment, they also said they called me yesterday and on the 7th and I never got a call. I will be getting my teeth cleaned else where and would suggest you do the same.

The Hinesville Aspen Dental needs better front desk staff and dentist. The front desk receptionist does not have great customer service and is very argumentative. I am really disappointed at the people skills displayed by both the front desk receptionist and dentist, Dr. Sundin, who always approached me as a number instead of an actual person. I did not feel comfortable asking her questions because she always made me feel less than as if she is a know it all, instead of just listening and providing a positive environment. Wh... read more

Made a appointment for my daughter and gave all info needed including insurance. Showed up for a appt. and before the receptionist even asked for my insurance card she rudely said I would need to pay for $ 208.00 for a exam. And even if I had insurance , my child would not be covered for a exam until she was 21 years of age. They claimed my insurance was not covered after waiting a half hour.
