My daughter (Deiondra Winn) had her first visit and was so excited by the courteous staff and how she was treated. It eased her fears the moment she walked in the door and kept that same feeling until she walked out. As a mother we are always concerned about how our kids are treated, so with that being said, I'm making future plans to patronize Aspen Dental. Highly recommend my community to give them a try!!

Sneaky on the prices and sarcastic when you ask questions about it. They don't like to be questioned about all the hidden costs. AVOID
If I could give a zero to this place I would. I called several weeks ago and ask them for the latest appointment possible for my son to get a cleaning. They told me that he could come in at 4:30 PM. They asked that we be there 15 minutes ahead of time and I agreed. My husband took my child today and they told him that the appointment was at 3:30 and that we missed it. Aspen Dental is a dental chop shop. Do not trust this place. My partner and I had a 1.5 hour consultation at the Waycross office only to be told at the end of it they stopped taking our insurance in December. Called the insurance company who stated next closest location was Hinesville. Waycross said they can use all our results at the other office. Called Hinesville and they said they could but if we wanted a cleaning we would have to wait until end of March as they only have 1 hygentist (so does Waycross location). ... read more
