I visited the Hinesville, Georgia location on 3 occasions. Each time I encountered a billing issue. The first time I was charged for an oral cancer screening I never received. The next time I was charged for fluoride treatment which I also never received and expressly asked not to be included in my treatment plan - I never received a refund for it either despite calling for months on end asking for one. Was told I have a tooth infection but that I would have to come back and get a hygiene cleaning first then I could get the antibiotic to clear the infection. Not to mention they told me I would have to pay almost $1200 upfront in order to the get the antibiotic! I have never in my life heard of such and I am a nurse! Called AppleCare when I got home and they prescribed me an antibiotic. Should have listened to all the negative reviews before I booked!
My tooth came out after getting work done just a week ago. I BETTER GET SEEN FIRST THING IN THE MORNING. There isn’t an after hours line and as much of an emergency as it is, it better get fixed and not charged for the poor work that’s already been done to MY TEETH. Rushed worked and don’t take their time for proper work.
My 23 yr old is autistic, bipolar, anxiety, etc. and we went because they had a tooth pulled elsewhere and had dry socket and needed to be seen immediately. Aspen did see them and just put dry socket paste in, said X-ray showed all the tooth was out, however I know that’s not the fact now. have a broken tooth, called for an appointment and was given one 4 weeks out. Just needed to have the root pulled, but instead was given the song and dance about how bad my periodontal disease is and they would just do the deep scaping and root planning at the same time as the rest of my tooth was removed. they are all about looks with not even an ounce of compassion. just a few more minutes and the rain would have stopped, but you couldn't wait, you kicked a pedestrian out from the shelter into the rain... I went to the sports store next door to buy rain pants so I wouldn't get drenched but you couldn't even wait for that. you called the police. shame on you!
The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a dentist office!! The atmosphere was cluttered & unorganized. The staff were beyond rude from the moment I walked in. I was denied service for an emergency scheduled visit because I had my child with me. Tried talking with the manager to resolve the issue & come up with a solution which led to an argument and her talking to me like I was an idiot then talking over me the entire time. Unprofessional.
Just had to have all the fillings redone that aspen in hinesville did. will never use again not even one time
They are horrible! Rude! Over charged and have hidden cost when I have two insurances! Ridiculous!
