I went because they seemed to have the most up to date stuff. The staff seemed kind and honestly, I enjoyed the visit when I was there because they were so patient with me having kids there. I loved my RDH and the front desk staff were very polite. The first issue I had with them is I went in for a routine cleaning and said I wanted to get done what my insurance covered. They told me I needed x-rays redone even though I had some before so that they were more recent and I was charged 60 or 80 something for that later. Got th... read more

Went in for a simple tooth extraction and instead they were trying to sell me a 4k bottom partial I didn't need. They never pulled the tooth and I'm still in pain and the people there were rude as hell. Very unprofessional do not recommend this place at all. TOTALL RIP OFF AND SCAM!

Staff was very polite & professional. Wish I could say the same for the billing department. At my appt. they seemed to have everything figured up regarding what I was to pay out of pocket vs. what my insurance covered .. until I received a $130 bill in the mail they "failed to mention" for the x-rays I was told would be covered. They definitely do not care about having a happy customer return for future visits.

If I could give less than one star I would!!! Aspen Dental in Hinesville just opened and they are the worse place you can actually go. I had a 7:30 am appointment on 7/28/2018 and I arrived on time. After waiting 25 minutes, they called me back at around 7:55am. minutes Since the office I needed to talk to opened at 8 (7am CT) I asked can I call them to get my member ID for a Dental plan I purchased in hopes of saving myself some money as I do not work and currently have no dental insurance. This place is a joke. They tell You one thing then when you get there they make it where you have to stay all day. This has happened 3 times in the span of my mother in law getting false teeth. Its not right been there since 9 am and won't get to leave until 3pm. When I asked to speak with someone else all I got was a relayed message from the receptionist. Then when confronted by the office manager was told that we needed to take it up with her, not her staff! Pretty stupid considering I tried to get her in the first place!

True story!!! So I had some serious pain in a tooth that had only the root left. But I also had a tooth that had chipped off on the left top and a cracked moler on the bottom. They worked with me too get some credit and a payment plan for services rendered. They also set my appointment for the next day to extract all three bad teeth!!! Now I finally have a family dentist!!!

I had a "Not so good" experience with Aspen. The staff was warm and welcoming, but services was bait and switch. I wanted to find a dentist, closer to my home, as my other dentist is 80 to 90 miles outside of Hinesville. The office told me that they could NOT repair my 2 teeth that broke away from my partial, that I needed NEW ones. The metal appliance is in excellent condition. Went in with a toothache, they done the exam and X-rays seen that I had a cavity in my wisdom tooth. Got me in same day for an extraction. Didn't take 3 minutes to get the tooth out. Will be back.
