I have been to Aspen Dental three times now. Each time I was treated well, but on this particular visit I was in an exceedingly high amount of pain. The three women I most interacted with were the dental assistant/technician (I'm sorry, I never learned her name), the Dentist (Dr. Gonzalaz [sp?]) and Monica Schoenrock (Office Manager). The worst dental experience ever. Went in to get a broken tooth fixed. Was convinced I needed to get two crowns because the other tooth would shift. Got the appointment to get the temporaries done. Arrived 15 mins early and then waited an hour and a half after my appointment. No info to why I was waiting so long. Asked to be rescheduled and was treated like I was doing them a disservice. was supposed to have 6 teeth pulled onley had three pulled but was charged for six.. this place fraudulently charged my insurance and never credited me the difference in billing.Ā
I went to Aspen Dental in Holland because I got my lower implants there and I needed a new upper denture and I believed that they would make it where I could wear it and eat and talk without worrying about it falling out but I was mistaken. I honestly cannot tell you how many times I had to go back down there because they weren't made correctly and the lab technician had to keep changing things and I kept telling them to make them snug enough which they still have not done I just can't imagine myself walking back into that p...Ā read more
