Dentists/Dental assistants were accommodating, polite, and knowledgeable. However, the administrative assistants were less than impressive in their supposed field of customer service. Very unhappy with that aspect of my experience. If you have other options available - utilize them.
What a wonderful office! I am generally terrified of the dentist but they put me at ease and do not seem to be in it for the money. I have a broken tooth and I have had it fixed numerous times. He told me there is no reason to keep putting money into this tooth and it needed to be pulled. My old dentist was all about putting crowns on everything! The dentist good, just can't figure why they wait so long to fill a tooth I know I lost the last one because they waited so long, I had a girl tell me once oh I seen that last year and didn't say anything, But a hour waiting to get a tooth fill, I missed a appointment

Long wait then less than 10 min in chair last two times long waits, should be paid for my time
I went in on 8/18/2016 I was take back by how rude dentist was. As she worked on filling a cavity she cut my lip open with tool and didn't even say sorry , The dental assistant did and then she Pinched my lip ,whips blood and again never said sorry . Left there at 7:30 at 9:00 the filling had fallen out. Big hole and pain. Call there emergency and nothing. At there office when they opened at 8:00 today (8/19/2016..... I went in for a checkup and cleaning. I had 5-8 x-rays taken of my teeeth. Sent to the office manager for a review of $4,000 reconstructive dental work. I never did get the cleaning I wanted. I told the office manager I will think over the dental reconstruction. I guess I will have to find another dentist, and inquire with Aspen Dental about all my personal information that took on the forms I filled out.
I waited 1 hour in the chair for my filling. The dentist had to give me a second numbing shot because she had waited so long to come and see me. The only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1 is because she was polite and apologetic. But to be honest, I'm mad!! What a waste of my time. When she finally comes to do the filling, it takes her 5 MINUTES!!! I'm thinking to myself, couldn't she have made the time for me instead of wasting a full 60 minutes of my time?!?!
I would give you a negative if I could, never offered my son antibiotic, or pain med, for a broken tooth, so he,went to Dr. Frankel the next day, my sons tooth was infected, was given an antibiotic and pain med. Until the tooth can be pulled, Dr frankel is out of network and it was actually cheaper than Aspen who is in my Network, Dr Frankels staff was wonderful,
