I went to this location last Wednesday to get a exam and x-ray. They told me I had a couple cavities and periodontal disease. They told me the course of treatment and it was $5000!!! I had to have it paid in full then could schedule treatment. I called around to get a second opinion and I had my exam today. I'm sick of EVERY TIME I go to get my teeth cleaned I get a bill... My ins covers 100% and they (Aspen Dental ) say I won't owe anything then BAM $56-$100 bill?! I call they usually apologize and "take care if it" I called just now and they trying to say I owe more than what my bill shows?! Ha what a joke!! Manager is supposed to call me back and we will be switching dentist before my next cleaning (my poor husband will be the tester for the new dentist bc he's due for a cleaning now!!) Was here for one treatment. Switched dentists and have had multiple procedure done to fix the mistakes of this office. Quality of care is very poor in terms of root canals and crowns.
I call Aspen Dental ask him for an appointment tell him I'm having pain they offered me a free exam and x ray until I mention I have insurance and then they want to charge me $40 and then after all that they told me it would be 2 weeks before they could get me in for any treatment
