The service was good, the surprise $2,000 billing was not. I paid almost $4,000 out of pocket and all I'm getting is some runaround talk about insurance not paying what they expected. Their advertising read "No Surprises"... 2k is a very large surprise in my book. I dispute the bill.

Both my husband and I have recently been into aspen for cavity fillings, I had to go back 2x due to my filling falling out. One fell out on a Thursday and aspen said they could not get me in until the following Monday to fix despite the pain I was in. My husband had a filling done this past Monday and it has already fallen out. I have never had issues in the past with fillings falling out and this is getting very frustrating.

they pad the bill. they discuss reducing the price but then after you pay that reduced price they bill you for the original. very shady business practices.

Had a tooth pulled and secondary tooth in severe pain, moves, very swollen around the gum. Called emergency after hours multiple times and keep getting hung up on. Trying to tell em I can wait an additional 48hrs in severe pain before having it removed 😡

Horrible place to go. Husband went and paid $249 to have a wisdom tooth removed, dentist couldn’t even get him numb after 5 shots and then sat there and drilled his tooth, couldn’t get it out so told him to come back Wednesday so 7 days with nerves exposed,in horrible pain with no pain meds. And we called them the day after and told them he was in horrible pain and they said sorry take Tylenol we don’t give pain meds. Are you freaking serious. I thought the dental team was amazing. The pricing is CRAZY !! With being disabled uninsured the only option I was given was to apply for the credit card offered. Explained wasn't interested in all the extensive work plan offered just the broken tooth cutting my tongue extracted or something. At that time was given a referral to another place told goodbye. Felt horrible as if I didn't matter as a patient HUMAN BEING ONLY $$ . VERY UPSETTING DEMEANING AND LIKE A FAILURE BECAUSE OF MY POSITION OF BEING ON MEDICARE DUE TO ILLNE... read more

Went in for appointment at 930am didn't get out till 12 pm waited around for the office manager like 45 mins of that time
