got my initial exam and wasn't completely satisfied with the explanation of procedures and planning and when I tried to understand it myself, the owner decided he doesn't want to see me and think he cannot fulfill my expectations while they're everything was fine until the financial side came up and I started removing things that weren't necessary there seems to be no compassion or interest to help people in general. in this location I felt it was all about money and I was discriminated against because of the lack of money.... read more

RecommendedI felt like I was in a high pressured Used Car lot. They called me to come it early because of cancelation, arrived 45 minutes early. So disorganized that by the time they got me into my appointment it was later than my original appointment...😡. Total waste of my time!

Aspen Dental ”free” first visit they take x-rays that are so poor ,and just look at your gums. I came back for cleaning teeth over $200, Insurance does not pay for a guard for my upper teeth to wear at night was over $500

Didn't like the experience I had with Aspen Dental, went to a new dentist and they found multiple issues with the work I had done with Aspen Dental. I spent thousands on the work I had done and now have to spend more getting repairs done.

RecommendedWith my insurance yes I had to pay the balance, I used care credit, meaning pay it off in 12 months no interest. I never had a problem with the entire staff. I plan on having my lowers readjusted soon. Please folks nothing in life is free
