I asked for an appointment to get my teeth cleaned. I was given an appointment, and I arrived on time and ready for cleaning. Instead I got a series of xrays by a number of different people, ending up finally with a dental hygienist. She showed me the xrays and told me I had significant bone loss and some deep pockets. Went in for a broken tooth. .Pulled four and and gave me a new partial plate. gave me a price for other procedures to be completed, never said when they were to be done.Went back several months later because partial broke and cut my mouth. Told me that it was a temporary and took molds for new final partial. Went to check out and was told I can't get new partial until other work had to be completed first. Will let me know for sure about new partial, now or later
A friend of mine went it for a procedure earlier last week. He informed them that he has a high tolerance for the numbing medication. They attempted to numb him, proceeded to remove the tooth, only to realize he was still feeling everything, they gave him 8 doses of numbing medication before telling him they couldn't finish the procedure, and sent him home in pain. I had the most wonderful results in just 2 visits. I went to a special lunch today, and I got so many remarks about how great a smile I have now. I can't say enough about how great a team staff they have.
the staff was awesome, but I needed to have 2 wisdom teeth removed and they didn't inform me until the day of my appointment , while in the chair, and only because I asked....No pain meds prescribed!! They said Advil is best lol. I refused treatment. Anyone who knows the pain...knows why. That's ridiculous to make your patients suffer

Went in for specific treatments and they tacked on about 2 grand of work I didn't ask for. When I decided not to enroll in their credit program the mood in general became hostile. And after I told them they would only be doing the procedures I NEEDED the receptionist became down right aggressive and informed me they would need 60% of the cost over the phone before I came in and then the rest before any work was done at all. The only nice person working there is the receptionist Christina! I understand that there are people abusing medication but I had three teeth removed and was sent home and told to gargle warm saltwater and take "whatever you take for a headache." Guess what? I took off work to go to a "consultation" where they were supposed to x-ray my teeth, give me an exam, and talk about what they'd suggest moving forward for cleaning/care. I was told on the phone they'd try to squeeze in the cleaning since I had to take time off work. Well I showed up early was done with my new patient paperwork before my scheduled appointment time.
