DO NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL!!! The call center in Arizona quoted the "SPECIAL" they are running. After they took x-rays and the consult the office mgr called me in to go over everything. The price she came up with was several THOUSANDS more. she said they deal with issues like this nearly everyday but usually not this bad. she asked me to call and give her the names of those I spoke with as each call is recorded and she is going to request it be pulled. I asked if they would honor the original quote and I was told "NO". ... read more

Word to the wise If you're looking for dental work do NOT GO TO Aspen Dental They charged $1200 to pull ONE tooth (one that wasn't even the main problem), tried to make him do unnecessary work, and when he refused they jerked him around and won't pull the tooth that has been causing him pain after this whole week of going there EVERY DAY. So now we are going to try to make an appointment somewhere else but they won't send his friggen x-rays without making my poor hurting man go down there and sign crap. I could go on and on ... read more

I went to Aspen for a “free” new patient exam. They Took X-rays and I was told I needed 9 fillings and 2 root canals. I was shocked because I was in no pain. The “dentist” scolded me for crying. I was ushered in to a financial office and signed up for a credit card in minutes. I got a second opinion. I only needed two small fillings. My dentist said it is not the first time he has seen Aspen do something like this. He had a patient once who had 12 teeth extracted by Aspen (some he might have tried to save) and she had fragme... read more

My son visited with an emergency situation. The only thing Aspen was interested in was calling me with a $10,000 price tag. I had to ask how he was, interrupting the sales pitch. We quickly found another dentist who fixed his excruciating pain the same day and put an affordable treatment plan in action. Shame on you, Aspen Dental.

I was asked to pay before seeing anyone . I found that in itself insulting ,. While my hygienist was very nice , I never saw a dentist.

I went here because I have no insurance and had a huge abscess in my mouth. I was called back very quickly BOTH visits. The X-ray technician was very nice and patient with me due to the pain I was experiencing. When I got into my “room” I waited for about fifteen minutes for a doctor to come in. I was very unhappy that I could hear the entire visit of the patient next to me, and they heard mine. I could see them as well which made the environment very uncomfortable. The dentist came in and showed me one X-ray and told me my ... read more

The technician that took care of me, Brian, was so sweet and friendly. He did his best to try and calm my anxiety. He's the only positive experience I had. The doctor was not so nice, actually I could hear nothing but judgment in her tone with me. I know my teeth are horrible and I own up to the fact that I have not taken the best care of them that I could. But to be fair, it's not like dental work is exactly affordable, and without insurance, forget it. No matter what, I came there in pain looking for help. Once this initi... read more

I went to Aspen Dental for a checkup, and they told me I had a ton of caveties and would also have to have my wisdom teeth taken out because they were decayed, and it would cost me thousands of dollars. Well, I later went to a different dentist, and they revealed my teeth are in great shape and I have just one tiny cavity. So Aspen Dental either lied or doesn't know what they're doing. But they gave a lot of fear and anxiety to someone who has dental anxiety. They were also cold and judgmental.

Went in for severe tooth pain, swelling and unable to eat. Basically tapped all my teeth and said yep you need a root canal and sent me out the door with another appointment 2 weeks later!!! What a joke! DO NOT GO HERE! They do not care about their patients
