Well I paid about $3000.00 for mid grade dentures for my wife for about two years of trying to fit them right got to the point aspen Dental said you have to buy the top grade ones another $800.00 bought them been doing fixings it's been two months with THE TOP GRADE ONES....WELL A TOOTH FELL OUT so much for top grade......WHY SELL DENTURES In three different grades if you tell me the mid grade is no good have to upgrade because they won't fix right I'm piss off.... if i could I would give them a 0...would like to know ... read more

I arrived as a new patient and x-rays were taken first. The tech was very friendly and efficient. Then I was taken to the exam room where my measurements were taken. At my last dentist, they were 1s and 2s. Here they were 5, 6, 7s. I was in shock! Then I met the dentist who referred me to a periodontist. With my old dentist I had completed 9 months of laser cleaning resulting in the very low pocket measurements. This is a chop shop. If you have no dental insurance I guess this is the best way to go. I had nerve exposed, had gone to the er twice .... had to be an an abx for over a week. Had to move my appt up, they asked if I had the 10 pain pills from 14 days ago i told them no and they said sorry and sent me on my way. I left the office sobbing because it hurt� dental assistant was a jerk. And unfortunately I have to go back there because I have no health insurance and they take a discount plan. Friendly staff but annoying when I get there for the first appointment of the day and they have staff meetings that run into my appointment time. These need to be finished before patients arrive so receptionist can check in patients, care is good but always have to wait

If you are in pain go elsewhere. They will have you jumping thru hoops for up to 3 weeks. I have been waiting and waiting. I had an apt. Set for today I called before my apt and was told that I need more antibiotics without them even seeing me. This place is a shit show

1 star for Kristina the most unwelcoming, rude receptionist I've ever encountered. The rest of the staff here has always been courteous and professional. It's important that the 1st person you encounter at a business be able to represent the business well. Kristina failed miserably.

Seriously the rudest front desk staff. They could careless about their patients. Never willing to help.... Avoid this place at all costs.
