If you have any sort of extensive dental issues, I absolutely would not recommend Aspen dental. They charge more than other places and are apparently less skilled. When removing my temporary crown to place the permanent one, the broke the tooth and I wasted $600 for nothing. Then they had the nerve to be arrogant about it. Don’t waste your time or money here.
They told me a set price for an extraction, said half upfront the rest due at time of service. I was shocked to receive a bill for 160 about a month later, called to see what had happend rude woman said ill write it off and hung up on me but I just recived another bill. Very unhappy I was set to have all my dental work done with them now i will not trust them to be upfront about cost of services beware
it's basically a money making scam!!!!!!!!!*********** came in to get a simple chip fixed! they try to tack on things to make your bill higher. overall they said it would be around $650...although I explained over the phone i just wanted my chip fixed and that I dont have insurance. ANYWAYS I recommend you just go to a local dentist and dont bother with Aspen dental. I went January 24th (Edward Clift) for some pain and they had to do a few small fillings then a cleaning. They give me a electric tooth brush and some mouth wash but was never told insurance would not cover that. So they could not get my insurance to work so I had to pay almost 700 dollars out of my own pocket. I called back several times and talked to billing to see if they filed claim they said they did and it was still pending. So I waited and waited to get some reimbursement. Went here on Tuesday because I had been experience tooth pain for the last five days. I was at the office for a total of 2.5 hours, and in total I got to speak with a dentist about my issue for 4 minutes. During the rest of the time there I was being sold on other services, and the staff seemed to have absolutely no care on the tooth pain, the actual reason for my visit. I called them today because I'm in need of getting a broken tooth pulled out...called the aspen 1800# and she set me up an appt time of 215pm I get there and fill out my papers waiting to get called back and eventually got to do exrays and things which was a waste of time...after that I was told that the doctor would be in to speak with me which he did come in...we talked about the film's and what he thought my mouth needed then I was told my tooth was going to be pulled so I excited about that because I've been in excruciat... read more
