Beware of Aspen Dental! They will bill you every code in the book for things that other dental offices automatically include in the main procedure code. All they care about is billing you for as much as possible. I strongly do not recommend them!
Have had six-eight teeth to fall out , but the one on Preston highway has been working to help me, I had them done at Dixie highway and refuse to go back there , tried to call customer service never no answer.
keep appointment times or kindly ask patients to reschedule. keeping patients waiting for over 4 hours for a scheduled appointment is unacceptable.

After how they handled my friends daughter I would not recommend this to anyone. I’ve heard things like this before from other ppl so this is not the 1st complaint I’ve heard about them. Terrible place don’t go there

New patient. First appointment at dentist, scheduled for 3pm. I had rearranged my schedule, worked extra hours to be able to get off early. Got a call at 8 30 am seeing if I can come in then because dentist had a family emergency. well, no I have to work. I understand things come up, but an office that sees patients, should have coverage available whenever there is an appointment scheduled. I originally went to Aspen Dental for a cleaning and consult for a chipped molar. They were unable to do X-rays because I was in my 1st trimester of pregnancy. They did assess my chipped tooth and recommended I get a crown. So I made a follow up appointment for my hygiene and crown prep. I show up for my 2nd appt and was told they gave my appt away because I did not confirm it. However, I confirmed not once but twice. The staff were friendly but the bill was not. Services were conducted that if I had known they were going to charge me for I would have declined. This alone makes me want to go elsewhere.

I asked for a free consult on an issue from another dentist. Went to the Outer Loop office. I was assured through all the unnecessary X-rays , hygienist, and dentist that it was at no cost. What a lie! They billed my meager dental insurance w/o my authorization and now I will not have my benefits when I return to my regular dentist. I feel like I’ve been scammed! I would never return to Aspen. They are concerned about the dollar!
