First visit: a ton of xrays, a dental hygienist spending 10 minutes telling me all about my gum disease before she even looks at my teeth, a doctor backing up the hygienist before she spends 10 seconds looking at my teeth and telling me I can't get the cleaning I came for because I need more intensive treatment. That treatment will only be $1100 AFTER my insurance. Didn't once mention 2 cracks in my teeth that I have seen myself on xrays from previous dental visits elsewhere, just said my teeth are great. first appointment/meeting with michelle was fine. my son was scheduled to come in today with the possiblility of getting his dentures complete to the point of coming home with the temps. seems neither michelle or the front office staff could tell him how long he'd be there. not acceptable. they did six, SIX, impressions on him. Avoid this place at all costs. Their "initial" visit is a 2 plus hour experience where they will try to show you all their bells and whistles and tell you everything horrible that is wrong with your mouth. At the end of it you meet with a financial manager who wants to discuss your payment options. I wanted to simply get my teeth cleaned and was told that was not possible. This is the first dental office to tell me I could not get my teeth cleaned but I could pay $4000 after insurance for all of their treatments. It was a jo... read more
