I had my dentures made at the Dixie highway location and they have hurt my mouth since I got them. I stopped going to that location and I am now going to the Outer Loop location. They are trying so hard to fix my top denture so I can wear it. The staff are very nice and I do not have to wait very long when I have an appt. Terrible, unreliable, overpriced, unfriendly HR lady, hidden fees, dumb receptionist, don't go here
Overall the experience was like all you wait for over an hr. My insurance has a free cleaning an X-ray an they never did clean the teeth. You see the doctor less than 5 min an then again you wait to see the results with another lady. An they run your credit so if it's poor like mine you can get any help. Waste of my time.. should have looked into others that really have a flex payment plan. I want low payment not a $4000 dollar estimate!!! An that's without running my credit. Ridiculous
I had a horrible experience. Waited for an hour in waiting room. Waited another hour in chair. Spoke to the dentist for about 5 minutes and continued to wait in room for about another 30 minutes until I finally just got up and left. I will not be returning. Also, on my first visit I had my teeth cleaned and was told I had gingivitis. They gave me about $100 worth of toothpaste and medicated wash and on my next visit told me how much it had improved (I never even used any of it...it was all a money making scam). They seemed nice enough but what they quoted me I could not afford. So they also told me I have two infected transplants and only wanted to take them out. Did not offer to give me an antibiotic for the infection. I left in pain because I cannot afford 3,700.00. I guess I will have to take the implants out myself. It's all about the money and never the person.
I went to Aspen for dentures oh about 5 yrs ago. Had trouble with fitting a several times, went back they adjusted them but still had trouble. Told them my bottom plate wouldn't stay in now here it is 5yrs later STILL not able to wear them. I recently went back and they did NOTHING to help...I am so dissatisfied beyond belief. No now I am in search of new dentist that hopefully will help me with my problem..Please do not go to Aspen because they in the end will not help you.
Went there for a consult. Was told I needed all kind of work done and it would cost me $3100.00. Went to a different established dentist and the same procedure is $356.00. Hard to believe but I will never visit Aspen Dental again!
This place is all about the money. Took a friend who has an infection and needs some teeth pulled. They wouldn't even give her antibiotics until she agreed to a 4000 dollar bill. All about the money.
