I have had problems. I was called once asking me to come back & let them fix the problem. I have tried to contact them & I leave messages & they don’t return my calls. I am very frustrated, disgusted.

Waited an hour in the waiting room, told the receptionist I had to reschedule. She informed me that the corporate structure is that its okay to have the patient wait an hour so they were still in that window. It's not okay with me. It actually tells me that patients themselves are not the priority. I've worked 30+ years in the medical field and its never okay to keep patients waiting an hour.

Doctor refused to give me a regular cleaning, free on my insurance. He said I needed deep cleaning and fluoride treatments for $350 plus. His staff did x-rays and periodontal check. Then I was sent into an office for my treatment plan to be explained to me by a young hipster guy in a tight suit. I asked to speak to the dentist, who said he moved here for the surfing. I left and had a $59 new patient cleaning from a coupon, with Dr. Vevera in Cocoa Beach. He was awesome and said there was no need for any special cleaning. Asp... read more

I was in for some routine work, and also needed a soft reline on my bottom denture. Two days later, I was in excruciating pain and called, and called the office with no answer, I finally just drove over, only to find the office closed! In the middle of the week! They were all at a conference halfway across the country that they apparently attend every year. l was not impressed anyone who has received great dental care in the past or had as much as me would know this is a below average place after my cleaning which the person didn't even floss around my bridges I asked her :don't you need to scrape off any tarter? she handed me a mirror and said no, ok, I can't see the inside of my mouth up close. There were other things I would not go back if I had any choice.

Doctors and hygienists are decent, mostly awful office staff. Terrible scheduling. Claimed I didn't get their call to reschedule because my number was listed as home instead of mobile in their database LOL.

The administration staff is horrible! Went for exam could not get a next appointment without paying up front. Went for follow up & decided not to do everything. They charged my account the day after exam before my next appt. took many phone calls and a month to get my refund! Unbelievable that this is even legal?

Snippy administrative staff. Wouldn’t even schedule an appointment for a cleaning before I paid for it. Not even a date! Then she told me it was against Florida law to have a cleaning before you take X-rays and have an exam. That’s gotta be untrue. No dentist (in or out of Florida) has ever looked at my teeth BEFORE the hygienist has cleaned them. I went in for a cleaning, they did an exam and X-rays, but no cleaning. Horrible ..... Five years ago he had me in the chair for two hours because he couldn’t get the filling to set. I had to have the tooth pulled today, cavity under the filling. Doctor openly complains about patients while working on you. Assistants are clueless.
