I've been to Aspen dental a couple times, they have good service, EXCEPT when their hygienist calls out and they don't let you know until you are in the office, " oh, I'm sorry Ms. Dawson we have been trying to reach you, our hygienist is not in today, we have to reschedule". I didn't get any phone call, in fact I got a text message from the office on the vary same morning saying they looked forward in seeing me. They schedule an appointment then when you show up, you get told you need to reschedule. This is the 2nd time it has happened to me. No more...I am finding a dentist office that is capable of scheduling patients and keeping those appointments.
The best customer service. They address my problem with a upper denture that did not fit properly and had a corner broken off. They made me a new denture at a fair price and repaired the broken denture at no cost to me, so now I have a backup denture. Thank You

Came here to get a full work up and spent thousands of dollars. Not even 6 months later my tooth feel off. I called to make an appointment no sleep the made me drive an hour and now since they have new patients (new money) they can give a rats ass. Marie is super rude. If you want terrible work and customer service make an appointments here they will not disappoint. The owner was even there they can care less too.
ASPEN DENTAL IN MERRITT ISLAND I had a bad experience. I do not recommend this place. I had to pay in advance of an appointment for the service. They cancelled my appointment, sent an email that they moved it out three weeks further. I have a toothache and they could not care less. They treated me in a patronizing fashion, unprofessionally and did not appear to care about the patient. I have a problem with gagging reflexes and I thought they were going to go around that to take xrays or not take them at all since I already had them done in the hospital.
U don't want to know but u must!! They don't finish their work. Their rude once they get ur money plus they way overcharge & don't use ur Ins. False Advertisement as well.
