I was the first person yo enter the restroom and it stunk awful, why because the trash can was still full from the day before guess sanitary conditions is not a priority for this dentist. And you spend thousands of dollars on your teeth to have some twenty year old assistant talk to you like your stupid about what you aren't supposed to eat with dentures. Hello awful funny for 33 years I ate this kind of stuff with a $500.00 dollar set of dentures (including the dental work) but the $4500.00 set they sold as being the best I... read more

They are very nice here but I needed a teeth pulled out but because i can't pay all of it at once i can't get it done I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone with low income because they lie to you when you call in we work with everyone's income no you don't i have teeth that needs to come out and i left there in pain and still in pain now i have to wait untill dec 11th when a nether dentist is going to do payments with me so i can get them out thanks for nothing aspen dentist

The worst medical office I have ever experienced. No one knows what's going on, the procedure changes every time we come in, they told us a crown was in when it was not because, although we were told it'd be popped on and we would be done, the dentist failed to say it would take an additional visit to prep the tooth. The front desk doesn't know what the hell is going on, every time you call it's a 15 minute wait, if they even bother to get back to you, and they give false information. So far not so good. Considering another dentist. I was in pain after first visit.I called and they couldn't work me in next day until I said I would have to go to another dentist. They let me sit while they cleared waiting room. 1 hour.I had to leave for work still in pain. They have moved my 2nd appointment while I'm suffering without my teeth. Don't call Aspen dental. Big mistake.

You guys are garbage. I’m only giving you one star because I have too. Most unorganized business iv ever been too. You lost my appointment so your desk lady immediately tells me u have no way of getting me in today, first of all you should have asked me for my appointment card. So then you said you can squeeze me in. You have a dental assistant do my teeth which was garbage.. she did not perform what you pay for. The job I needed done was a repair of 2 missing teeth on an old partial plate. This part was handled well. I didn't need a mouthful of x-rays and the expectation of a cleaning. I would eliminate and only do what the patient wants. Some of us don't want to be x-rayed. And, when the person returns to receive a "fix" back they should be put in a chair and a dentist should make sure the repair was done properly. I had 2 procedures done and both didn't last! One was a filling & cap for broken tooth. That was done 3 weeks ago-my tooth broke again today. I also had a bonding done to the back of my 2 of my teeth to the 2 next to them. The hygienist removed it by accident during a cleaning 2 weeks later. I was told it would be redone at no charge. I went in 2 days ago and had the procedure done again. The bonding fell off in my food tonight! All my life I was afraid of dentures, and low and behold was told I needed them. I have the temporaries in, and hope the permanent ones look more natural.
