i normally would recommend, yes... however today is horrible..for starters we arrived 15 mins early for appt..only to sit out in waiting area for 45 mins...they called my kid bk..only for him to texte telling me he still hasn't been seen after being bk there for 30 mins...if there's an issue or running behind someone should say something..i have never been here this long....NOT A GOOD DAY FOR THEM!!!

One of your assistants who molded my crown was rude and very judgemental of my financial situation. And slightly poked fun of my medical situation . Also your doctors are not punctual about calling in prescriptions or time management. I’ve been sitting at Publix for an hour waiting on y’all to call my prescriptions in and even after giving you the right pharmacy you sent them to the wrong one and now I’m here waiting .

Warning! Warning! Do not ever go to Aspen Dental! They are the biggest rip off ever. I wish I read all their reviews before going for their "FREE DENTAL CHECKUP WITH X-RAYS". 'Caveat Emptor' = Buyer beware. I should have known better and now it is costing me. I went, I knew I needed a deep cleaning and dental care included in my Medicare management provider only covers your basic checkup with x-rays and nothing else. The job I needed done was a repair of 2 missing teeth on an old partial plate. This part was handled well. I didn't need a mouthful of x-rays and the expectation of a cleaning. I would eliminate and only do what the patient wants. Some of us don't want to be x-rayed. And, when the person returns to receive a "fix" back they should be put in a chair and a dentist should make sure the repair was done properly. When you make a mistake you need to help the customer with correcting the problem and not charge full price for the correction. You left my cap too big and the tooth broke. Now you want to charge full price to pull the root and full price for the new bridge.

I give them a 3. I went in thinking there were going to be reasonable in price. But as always very expensive. Something I figure in researching costs it would be about 2500-3000. It was 5000. Ones who use commercials and social media are usually expensive. And they always say why did you wait so long. Well now you know why. But I will say they were very nice. The young lady who did my exrays was very sweet and tied her best not to hurt me. I have a very small mouth.

You asked how Aspen Dental could improve? If they closed their doors permanently that would be a huge leap to improving oral health for Merritt Island and surrounding area. . .
They took over 6 thousand dollars from my mother and when they were done 4 months later, they were worse then anything I have ever seen. She is now going to another Dentist to start all over and they did not refund anything. Pictures below... plz spread the word.
