Very disappointed with how they treat me! Ive been going here for about 2 yrs now. I was about 15 min late to my appointment but my power went out and their phones wouldn't pick up because they opened at 9 and my appointment was at 7. You would think they would have some compassion but no! I get attitude and shade. Then on top of that they tried to over charge me $60 on top of the 1200 I spent within 72 hrs but RAEANN was very helpful to figure it out and make it right! These "professionals" made my Mother MOLDY TEETH and said oh well "services rendered"Â
Not after my granddaughters appt with Power Rd location. She was treated with no respect, was unprofessional in how she was treated and spoken to. They continuously messed up appt times and work to be done. Basically called her a liar, when in fact, her fiance heard everything and also said they screwed up. I WENT THIS LAST WEEK TO REPLACE MY UPPER DENTURE NOT HAPPY WITH IT GOING BACK MONDAY DOESNT FIT UNLESS I USE DENTURE ADDHESIVE WHEN I EAT WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEMÂ
