I had a deep cleaning on my teeth and it was the first time I have ever relaxed in the dentist chair. It was great and no pain!
I went in just to have my nigh guard fitted and they forgot about me in the waiting room. I was there for one and half hours the waiting room was empty and everyone had left for lunch. Just a couple of office people were there and didn't know what had happened with my file. Hope the next visit is not as long.
On January 20, 2015 I had an appointment for xrays, checkup and cleaning at the Mesa, Arizona office..I was taken in on time for the xrays and then back to the treatment room where I waited 40 minutes before the dentist or an hygienist came in. NO ONE from the staff ever came back to explain the wait. When the dentist finally came back, he asked me how I was and I told him very nicely that I had been waiting 40 minutes. He became very agitated and replied something about the full moon and that he just couldn't deal with it..... read more
