Third remake of my denture! They don't honor money back guarantee. 12 trips at 100 miles one way, only to have them say we will remake it the third time! Are you kidding me? First denture, crooked, second denture, cracks and holes. Have appointment for the third remake but don't think I will. I will never pay in advance again!!!
treatment was right on, except the dental hygienist never came in.
Can't seem to ever get anyone on the phone to discuss my bill. It's been 10 months now and I keep being told it will be taken care of. Tried again this morning, got hung up on twice, then put on eternal hold. Guess I get to get a third party involved to get this resolved
I went to Aspen Dental because they advertise a dental lab on premises. I was there about an hour and they said they had to take xrays and do an examination first. REALLY. I LEFT! I wanted a cracked denture repaired not a complete physical. I made an appointment with a different lab who told me to drop off my dentures in the morning and I would have them back that day. Aspen....... never in this lifetime.
Service was okay, but they tried to rip me off. The came up with an outrageous 4,000.00 dls estimate, but I had already visited two other dentists and I was just trying to triple check on a root canal. However, nobody would charge me such amount. Also, I was told I had bad gum diseaso and that is not true. It was a way to make some extra money for hygienist.
I strongly recommend never going to Aspen Dental (Mesa, AZ). I just sat in their office for an hour thinking I was getting my bi-annual cleaning only to find out I missed work and wasted all that time because they schedule "initial appointments" and then "follow-up cleaning appointments." More than slightly pissed and angry enough to try to encourage friends and others not to waste their time like I did.
Unless you are OK with false advertising, sitting in the chair for an hour waiting to be seen, and numerous rescheduled appointments (at their convenience, not yours), you want to avoid this place. Once my work is done, I will never return.
Very nice but expensive. ..id shop around. ......
