They don't stand behind what they advertise I have 3 sets of dentures that are no good to me.spent my money now I'm stuck with implants with no denture to use.I would never trust them to do what they advertise.Good at taking your money !!!!!
The office on south power road Anand southern are excellent people they take their time with people with sensitive teeth had to reschedule didn't care for the people that worked at the Chandler office but I found a great dentist after all
I’m very angry with Aspen Dental. Three times they have charged me extra money after the fact. The first time they charged me an extra six dollars after I was paid in full. The six dollars just sat on my account for months with no one bothering to tell me about it, and went I went back in for my next cleaning, it was just something that was strange. They are a group of unprofessional liars. Damn near worst experience I have ever had at a dentist.
Have had partials done told would never be with out teeth not so, tell you no app. Just come in if they are rubbing and they will adjust them not true I drive 1 hour to get here and they tell me I have to wait 2hrs .a simple fix and can't take the time to do it I understand they have other patients but I've spent more time in there waiting room then in the back having work done. Come out tell me to just use me temporary one. HELLO these are my temporary ones. So upset with this place
Went there for dentures. Wonderful experience for the first couple visits. The dentist was wonderful and Dane is terrific. The jerk at the front desk who thinks it's ok to snicker at customers and basically call them a liar needs to be fired. Pay that kind of money and get treated like crap is ridiculous. Originally told we could just come on in anytime an adjustment was needed. Not true, you actually need an appointment, but your not told this up front. Super unprofessional. I was there for 50 minutes for my APPOINTMENT and was never seen. 3 people showed up AFTER me and were seen BEFORE me. What's the point of scheduling an appointment if they aren't going to see you at that time? The lady's excuse was that "We're a very busy office." THEN WHY DO YOU SET APPOINTMENTS. I have a tooth that broke off and is infected. Been putting off getting my last 5 teeth pulled and getting bottom dentures because I thought I could not afford it. They got me in an hour and a half after I called. They asked if I just wanted it pulled or to check the options for dentures. I said sure. They worked with me and got the price down to the point where I am kicking myself in the a## for not doing it sooner. I go in next week to get the ball rolling.
