I have been a patient and have spent a lot of money here having complex wisdom teeth extractions with anesthesia, cleanings, and routine work. I cracked a tooth today and was told I couldn't get in until Friday. For a company that brags on its ability to fit in emergencies, they sure do a poor job. Messed up my appointment. I personally went in there to change my appointment so I wouldn't have to go on Christmas Eve. Turns out they never changed it while I was there...A little disappointed in their receptionists.
Have been waiting for over 2 hours with the kids for my husband to get out!
Love that they offer non fluoride treatment, but not happy they will cancel your appointment if they get an answering machine when they call to remind you of appointment. Also was told they were a family dentist my two younger children were then referred to another place, now i have to pay out of pocket for another exam. I don't recommend this place if you have kids. It's a hassle..
