This was the worth experience, avoid this clinic. My wife had 2 crazy painful days because of root canal. We were looking for specialists. I called Aspen Dental and ask if they have one. Yes we have and can help you, I was told. The dr. K start to do root canal and we decided to install a bridge. My wife said that so carelessly and carelessly even in a cheap clinic is better. Worst dental visit I have had in my life. They tried to tell me that the crown I just had done last year needed to be replace. Yup that’s right. A whole new crown. Still not paying off the first on. Then they proceeded to tell me that after insurance my cleaning would cost over $3,000. That’s after insurance! I was told I needed a “special cleaning” due to my gingivitis. I had said something about having hypoglycemia and was told that is a big factor in my gingivitis. She kept telling me that high blood sugar wrecks your tee... read more

Office is dirty water splatter all over tv's, sides of work station, arms of equipment covered in dust., equipment is in need of repair and didn't have toothbrushes? What kind of dental office doesn't have toothbrushes? Didn't have materials available to do oral mouth cancer screening. Person who did freezing had no bed side manner, rough in and out of the room in seconds. I was really grossed out. Having said that the intake team, xray and hygienist who saw me prior to care were great! Will never return to this office.

Was told it would be within a week for my upper dentures to be ready and went there for 2nd visit and was informed they had no lab tech so it will be 2 weeks now if i wouldve known that i would go elsewhere to close to me leaving on vacation no time to adjust them before i leave pretty disappointed
Nothing but a SCAM !!!!!! Went in for a toothache, next thing I now they want to extract all my teeth, Finally after 4 hrs they extracted my tooth & they made me an appointment to have all my teeth extracted, 2 days later I called to cancel the appointment & they tellme I can't cancel, My wife calls back & cancels the appointment & they hang upon her. 4 days later I get a call wanting to talk with me about my outstanding balance. Hasn't been 7 days & I have had 8 telephone calls & 4 or 5 e-mails & 2 texts. Next call is going... read more

X rays and xray tech were very good...went in for tooth pain...found out i had to have one tooth extracted.. Dr Suggested i get all my wisdom teeth pulled as well as the one i needed....he also said he wouldnt just pull the one by itelf but pushed to have them all pulled at. once....and pushed to be sedated beause it was a little more expensive.
